Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Kahului, HI. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a variety of settings while collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises for communication.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
