Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited speech/language pathology program preferred.
• Prior work experience in a rehabilitation/geriatrics setting preferred.
• Certification/state licensure required.

Aufgaben

• Administers and performs therapeutic interventions with clients.
• Assesses clients' needs and develops plans for therapy that meet identified needs.
• Trains clients, family members, and staff on interventions and equipment.
• May supervise therapy assistants per regulations and documents in the clinical record.
• Travel between Skilled Nursing Facilities and Home Health settings; mileage and drive time are billable.
