Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 26-week travel assignment in Homer, AK. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an SLP license, BLS, and may pursue CCC‑SLP certification; prior experience is valued, but new grads are welcome. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are provided.

Qualificações

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and home exercises.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.
