Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Giddings, TX. The SLP will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, advancing patient communication goals in diverse settings.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, document progress, and educate families while maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety. Travel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active TX Speech-Language Pathology license or eligible, in good standing.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Master’s or higher in Speech-Language Pathology; CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document progress in electronic medical records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
