Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master's Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and swallowing safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
