Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and the chance to work in a facility in Honolulu.

The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, complete documentation in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include valid SLP license in Hawaii and current BLS; CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patients.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Document progress in the EMR accurately.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control guidelines.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
