CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP/CF-SLP) for a school-based setting.

The role involves evaluating students, developing IEP goals, and providing individual and group therapy across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, attending IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families, supporting AAC implementation, and Medicaid billing if applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active state licensure in Washington is required.
• ESA certification in Washington is required; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Prior school-based experience is a plus.

Job description

Role:

Key Duties:

Serve students from Pre-School to High School, manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, and work in person. The role involves assessment, therapy, documentation, and teamwork to support student communication needs.
