Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Leominster, MA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized plans and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

You will assess and treat a diverse patient population, document results in EMR, educate families, and participate in ongoing professional development within a collaborative, infection-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC (preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• PC proficiency and ability to assist with equipment.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing issues.

Role Overview

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in quality assurance and professional development to stay current with best practices.
