Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. You will develop individualized plans, use standardized assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills.

• Valid state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current BLS certification
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist in therapy
• Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and professionalism
