Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Fargo, ND. The role offers 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts, with a competitive benefits package and a supportive clinical team.

Licensed SLP with current BLS is required, with CCC-SLP and Master’s degree preferred. As part of a traveler-friendly program, you’ll work in a facility setting and gain diverse patient experience while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience preferred but new grads welcomed.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document in EMR.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain safe treatment environments and adhere to infection control.
