Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a traveling Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The clinician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across pediatric and adult patients while delivering evidence-based therapy in diverse settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers 40 hours per week, daytime shifts, and travel pay with comprehensive benefits, licensure reimbursement, and 24/7 recruiter

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Speech Language Pathology experience preferred but New Grads are welcome to apply
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and patient goals
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance activities
