Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 40-week assignment in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders across ages, with a focus on evidence-based therapy and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Applicants must hold a current Colorado SLP license and BLS certification; Master’s degree and CCC-SLP are preferred. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and dedicated clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Colorado
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
• CCC-SLP certification (preferred)
• Experience in Speech Language Pathology preferred but new grads are welcome

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across ages
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations
• Monitor progress and document in EMR
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice
