Job summary

The University of South Carolina Brain Health Network is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to travel across the state of South Carolina. Under direct supervision, you will work with medical providers and primary care teams to provide cognitive assessment care coordination for patients with cognitive issues.

Requires a postgraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC, and SC licensure; preference for 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC and SC licensure required.
• Willingness to travel across South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Screen, identify, assess, and research speech, language, and cognitive/communication disorders.
• Coordinate assessment results with other diagnostic data.
• Consult with interdisciplinary teams on diagnosis and treatment of speech and hearing impairments.
• Facilitate communication and coordinate services between providers and clients/patients.
