Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and/or Clinical Fellow (CF) to serve students in an Albuquerque, New Mexico school setting. Role includes assessments, therapy, and collaboration with the IEP team.

Qualifications include a NM SLP license or CF credentials and NM Ed Dept licensure for K-12, plus Medicaid Provider Number or application. Must deliver services per state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Current NM license to practice as an SLP or CF
• NM Public Education Department licensure for K-12 SLP/CF services
• Medicaid Provider Number application or active number

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for assigned students.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs and regulations.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other specialists.
• Prepare evaluation reports, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Maintain confidential records and complete billing/documentation as required.
