Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a hospital setting.
• Active Speech Therapist license in California (CA).
• Current BLS certification.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in adult patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies and standards.
