Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Beckley, West Virginia. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, guiding patients through individualized therapy plans.

Candidates must hold a valid SLP license and BLS, with a Master’s degree preferred. The role requires 40 hours/week, dayshift, and travel responsibilities within the WV region.

Qualifications

• Valid State SLP license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• 40 hours/week, travel assignment duration 13 weeks
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
