Job summary

Qualifications
- Valid SLP license per state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CCC-SLP certification.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
- Document progress in the EMR with accurate records.
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
- Maintain infection control and safety during therapy sessions.
