Healthforce seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a surgery center in Tuba City, AZ. Guaranteed 36 hours per week, Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., starting 11/16/2026.

This travel, temporary role offers housing assistance and comprehensive recruiter support. You will provide medically based SLP services across ages, perform evaluations, and coordinate patient care with physicians and staff.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP licensure and current SLP license (AZ or US).
• BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide medically based speech-language pathology services to inpatients and outpatients across ages Birth–Geriatric.
• Interpret evaluations; develop treatment plans with physician referral or in consultation.
• Administer therapies including swallowing assessments, FEES, cognitive and voice therapy; coordinate clinics.
• Document results and progress in electronic health record; communicate with patients and care team.
• Instruct patients and families; collaborate with rehabilitation and health professionals.
