Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic seeks a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat adults and geriatrics in an acute care setting. You will assess communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders and implement SLP services accordingly.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Virginia SLP licensure, CCC-SLP, CPR certification, and MBS experience, with EMR familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Virginia SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) required.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations for adults and geriatrics in acute care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech-language therapy and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with care teams to meet communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs.
