Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals
• Document progress in the EMR and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients, families and caregivers on strategies and home exercises
• Maintain infection control and safety during therapy sessions
• Engage in quality improvement and professional development
