Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Hagerstown, MD. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across age groups and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requires MD SLP license, CCC-SLP, and BLS. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage from day one, PTO after 1560 hours, 401(k) matching, and recruiter support. Travel compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in Maryland and CCC-SLP preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessments.
• Document progress in EMR and coordinate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques.
• Maintain infection control and safety in therapy sessions.
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development.
