Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients according to speech pathology treatment plans.
• Modify therapy programs and goals based on patient progress.
• Perform thorough and timely clinical documentation and accurate charge entry.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care team members.
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff.
• May supervise students and volunteers.
• Maintains awareness of and supports organizational goals.
• Flu shots are mandatory with no exemptions granted.
• Two professional references required.
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered.
