The 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week with dayshift schedules and a supportive rehab team to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities. • Monitor and document patient progress according to SNF protocols and industry standards
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and progress
