Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Albemarle, North Carolina. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY complete and ASHA CCC, and an active state license.

• Homecare Homebase EMR is required (no exceptions)

Responsibilities

• Travel SLP role in Albemarle, NC, serving patients with speech, language and swallowing needs.
• Help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while traveling.
• Provide therapy services across patients in home health settings.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate patient care.
