Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Albemarle, NC. The role is travel-based, 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour shift from 08:00 to 17:00.

You will assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in home health settings, collaborating with the care team to support quality outcomes while exploring a new region.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completed and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• 1 year of Home Health experience is required.
• Driver's License and proof of Insurance required.
• Homecare Homebase EMR is required (no exceptions).
