Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; provide direct therapy and educate staff and families.
• Document evaluation results, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning accurately.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and communicate recommendations to staff.
