Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology (preferred).

• Experience in speech-language pathology is welcome; new grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across various ages.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
