Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Rochester, MN. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and supports working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Minimum qualifications include licensure as an SLP in Minnesota and current BLS certification; preferred qualifications include CCC-SLP and a Master’s degree. Benefits and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across ages
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluations
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain compliant documentation in EMR
• Support quality and professional development in therapy practices
• Perform other duties within scope of practice
