Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Billings, MT. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, working with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized therapy plans.

Licensed SLP with current BLS is required; Master’s degree and CCC-SLP preferred. Travel travel benefits are offered, with competitive pay and a supportive clinical team guiding you through the assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.
• Perform other duties within the scope of practice.
