Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. The role involves evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse settings, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and comprehensive benefits. Start date is 12/21/2026, and licensure, BLS, and CCC-SLP are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home-based exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
