Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Humansville, Missouri. The role offers a dynamic clinical experience with a dedicated support team and competitive compensation.

As an SLP, you’ll evaluate and treat pediatric to adult patients, create individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff. Licensure, BLS, and flexibility to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP certification (ASHA)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation findings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and track patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Ensure safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
