Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Cartersville, Georgia. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, delivering personalized therapy plans in collaboration with a clinical team.

Applicants must hold a Georgia SLP license and a current BLS certificate; master’s degree preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Valid GA SLP license according to state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Document progress in the electronic medical record and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
