Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA certification or active CFY status for a dual-site acute and outpatient rehabilitation role treating adult patients.

The role covers day shifts (08:00–16:30) across multiple care points. Candidates must hold an Oregon SLP license or be eligible for licensure, have ASHA CCC or CFY in progress, and possess BLS certification. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Oregon license required if applicable.
• CCC from ASHA or CFY status required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Works across dual sites in acute and outpatient settings.
• Treats adult patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.
• Day shift schedule from 0800 to 1630.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition difficulties.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team addressing declines in self-care, mobility or functional independence.
