• Create detailed itineraries for clients, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and any special requests
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide clients with the most current and accurate information
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
