Job summary

Spindle is seeking a Special Education teacher for a full-time travel-friendly contract near Grass Valley, CA. The role runs from August 18, 2026 through June 8, 2027, with opportunities to work in an elementary Special Day Class across diverse learners.

You will adapt instruction to individual needs, document progress, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to meet student goals. Travel support and professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid California CTC credential with Mild/Moderate certification required.
• Experience in a Special Education teaching role, ideally in public schools.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities
