Role: Travel Speech Language Pathologist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities include: Assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing evidence-based, person-centered care to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and active Oregon state license. BLS certification may be required.
Preferred skills: Experience with dysphagia management, standardized assessments, electronic medical records, and team collaboration.
