Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: One (1) year of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) experience, including Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience; Oklahoma State License; Certified Clinical Competency (CCC) as an SLP; eligible for and hold active licensure according to state requirements; New graduates with Level II experience are welcome.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing clinical services, documenting all required information in electronic systems, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and supporting supervision of CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists. Adherence to American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and state practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethical standards is mandatory.
