Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patients on the road.

The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help improve mobility, comfort, and daily activity levels in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications include an associate degree in physical therapy, an active state license, and BLS certification (may be required).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License.
• BLS Certification (may be required).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Work a standard day shift with occasional weekend rotations.
