Job summary

You will deliver therapy services in a SNF setting under licensed PT supervision to improve mobility and comfort. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to begin assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services during day shifts, approximately 8 hours per day.
• Support patient progress and recovery in a SNF setting.
• Collaborate with supervising PT to optimize mobility and function.
• Provide therapy under licensed PT supervision and guidance.
