DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in San Jose, CA. You will assist patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them improve mobility, comfort, and activity levels under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in Physical Therapy and PTA licensure.
• Active State PTA license and BLS certification may be required.
