Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patients in SNFs across the United States, starting in California. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to implement therapy plans, improve mobility, and enhance comfort and activity levels.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and BLS certification (if required).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license.
• BLS certification (may be required).
• New graduates are welcome, with no experience preference.
