Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This 13-week travel assignment requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, offering the opportunity to help patients recover in a new location.

Minimum qualifications include a PT degree from an accredited program and an active license to start the assignment, with BLS potentially required. Comprehensive benefits for travelers are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT assessments and treatments in SNF settings.
• Develop care plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and rehab team.
