Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a SNF assignment in Cheyenne, WY. The PT will provide rehabilitative therapy, develop treatment plans, and document care for residents in a SNF setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license in the U.S., has SNF experience, and is proficient with PointClickCare. This travel role requires 40 hours per week, days shift, with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• At least 2 years of experience working in a SNF or similar setting
• Proficiency with PointClickCare electronic medical records system
• Ability to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative therapy services in a SNF setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Document in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Direct patient care with focus on recovery and functional mobility
