Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a SNF assignment in Ada, Oklahoma. The OT Aide provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, supporting evidence-based interventions and treatment planning.

The role requires 1+ year OTA experience, LTC/rehab background, and adherence to NBCOT/AOTA and state ethics. 40 hours/week, 8-hour days, 13-week duration starting 11/30/2026.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license and active Oklahoma state licensure or registration, as applicable
• At least 1 year of Occupational Therapist Assistant experience
• Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience
• Adherence to NBCOT, AOTA, and state practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics

Responsibilities

• Provides ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Assesses patient progress, reports outcomes, and communicates treatment barriers and recommendations
• Provides education and consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
• Documents clinical and regulatory information in the electronic system and records treatment minutes
• Participates in patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings
• Supports acquisition of DME and supplies and may supervise students under the OT's guidance

Job Summary

Occupational Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Oklahoma. The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist. The role supports evidence‑based interventions, patient progress assessment, documentation, care coordination, and development of treatment plans.
