Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district in Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. The travel position is 37.5 hours per week, in-person, with standard benefits and W2 employment.

This role offers collaboration with CCC-SLPs, structured support, and meaningful impact on students’ communication development within a K-12 setting.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with SLPs and school teams.
• Competence in implementing therapy plans under supervision.
• Ability to document progress and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct individual or group therapy sessions under supervision.
• Document client performance and progress during therapy sessions.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for upcoming sessions.
• Assist in the assessment of speech and language disorders.
• Provide feedback to clients and caregivers regarding progress.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client sessions.
• Support the SLP in screenings and evaluations.
