Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a travel job in Canon City, Colorado. This onsite role supports a K-12 district with a 32.5-37.5 hour workweek, 7 hour days, and a 35-week assignment starting 8/4/2026 and ending in the 2026-2027 school year.

The contract is W2 full-time with benefits. Compensation is competitive and paid weekly, with licensure and CEU reimbursement and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders or equivalent.
• Active Colorado SLPA license.
• School-based SLPA experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed SLPs in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct individual or group therapy sessions under supervision.
• Document client performance and progress during therapy sessions.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for upcoming sessions.
• Assist in the assessment of speech and language disorders.
• Provide feedback to clients and caregivers regarding progress.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client sessions.
• Support the SLP in screenings and evaluations.
