Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Bismarck, North Dakota. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Start date is 10/05/2026; the role offers comprehensive benefits and a support system for travel professionals. 40 hours per week, dayshift, travel contract.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluation findings.
• Document progress in EMR and maintain records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain infection control and safety during therapy sessions.
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
