Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for travel assignments around Crowley, TX. You will provide speech-language services to elementary students and supervise SLPA staff across multiple campuses.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and families, with the opportunity to influence district-wide programs and professional development while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC credentials (SLP-CCC).
• Prior school-based SLP experience required; elementary caseload focus.
• Experience supervising SLPAs is highly preferred.
• Support 70-80 students per campus, itinerant travel may be needed.
• Willingness to travel between campuses for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs at assigned campuses.
• Maintain IEP documentation and district-standard records.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in planning meetings and district-level professional development.
