Job summary

Soliant is seeking a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in Bastrop, TX. The role offers hybrid work, travel stipends, and a stable compensation package.

You will conduct therapy, collaborate with campus teams, and participate in IEP meetings, with flexible days remote once the caseload is current. This assignment balances field impact with travel and lifestyle flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY).
• Experience providing therapy and assessments in school or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting and progress tracking.
• Strong collaboration, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy for elementary students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments when needed.
• Attend IEP meetings and maintain updated progress reports and goals.
• Work on campus from 7:30 to 4:00; option to work from home up to 2 days/week.
