Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a Louisville, Kentucky assignment. The role requires SLP licensure, CCCs, CPR, and at least one year of experience. The travel position spans 13 weeks, 40 hours weekly, with a standard 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in process for licensure.
• At least one year of professional working experience
• Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have CCC's.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so that the patient can fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles.
